Improvements

• Enhanced Color Picker: Replaced manual text entry with a visual color selection tool that now includes an option to clear the selected color.
• Uniform Form Alignment: Standardized the size and positioning of action buttons (such as "clear," "scan," and dropdown arrows) on the right side of form fields for a more consistent look.
• Improved Status Colors: Updated the system to prioritize status colors based on their workflow and category settings, ensuring the most relevant color is displayed.

Bug Fixes

• Status Visibility: Fixed an issue where status labels in tables and dropdown menus would occasionally lose their assigned colors and styles.
