Create new holiday

Holidays can only be added by users with the proper permissions.

A newNew holiday entries can be added through the "Create new holiday" form, which can be found above the "holidays" table or directly "here".

When adding a new holiday, the only information needed are the holiday's name and the date it falls on in a given year.
