Update existing holiday

HolidaysThis shouldaction only be updated by authorized users due to their importance withinrequires the HR"update module.holiday" permission.

Dates of existing holiday entries should not be updated, as changing their dates could impact planned employee vacations or workdays. Holidays can be updated, if absolutely necessary.
