Step 2: Check

When a packing work order is selected, you are redirected to the "Check" step.

 

 

In this step, you have a quick overview of the packing order. You can view public and private comments of the order that the packing work order belongs to.

 

 

You can also "Escalate" the packing work order. This means you notify a "specialist" to assist with a problematic packing work order.

 

To begin the packing process, click or scan QR code of the packing work order. This will move you to step 3.
